This remains our approach today as we continue to build the Etude legacy." - Jon Priest, Etude Winemaker Etude specializes in two classic red varieties – Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. Etude's production includes a highly esteemed bottling of rare "Heirloom" Pinot Noir clones and a small production of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir Rosé, vinified from grapes grown in the incredible Carneros region. Fruit for the winery’s Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the warmer, northern half of the Napa Valley.
