Welcome to X Chicken Kebab! Our story began in the 1990s when Essy, the visionary behind X Chicken, worked at his family's restaurant during his teenage years. His journey didn't stop there—Essy went on to become a world karate champion, earning multiple national medals and gaining international recognition. However, his true passion lay in continuing his family's legacy and creating delicious food. He then went on to establish his own restaurant with his wife Mali in Sacramento, where he has proudly served the community for over a decade. Today, Essy’s unwavering dedication and love for exceptional food and service continue to drive X Chicken Kebab.
