The food was delicious - fried snapper was phenomenal and the pig ears were tasty too! Also great views from giant windows in this place.

Great burger and drinks. A little pricey but super cool on the inside and great spot for dinner or drinks

Love the benedict eggs over crab meat with fresh berries. The crab rolls are a bit greasy to my taste. But the rolls are very tasty. More crab meat in the rolls will make it even better. ;) Food is all very fresh especially the salad. Just the salad is not cut at all. A bit messy when eat. The chef is very creative and all dishes provided balanced tastes yet with pleasant surprises. The service is high quality just a bit slow. Can’t find a table without reservation in the morning and have to pickup order when the restaurant is full. Waited a salad one night for about 20minutes A bit pricey yet convenient given it is in Conrad. Even the gym has fresh fruits daily.

The service was top notch and Sunday brunch was exceptional. I can’t wait to visit again.

Well appointed hotel bar and restaurant inside the Conrad at City Center. The bar is inviting and the service is impeccable. Fantastic cocktails, and the prices are on par for the area. The restaurant service disappointed somewhat, we got a complete different dish than we ordered but it was eventually corrected.

I had a good lunch today with my friend in the restaurant. Good food and services, the location and the view from the window is a plus. I ordered egg Benedict with ham and cranberry juice. Im satisfied. Will come back

This weekend we had a little staycation at the Conrad Hilton and went for brunch in Estuary. From all the people we met and interacted with, Alex in Estuary restaurant made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. We want to give special thanks to Alex who is an example of hospitality. His communication was great, he heard that we were on staycation, getting away from the kids for a day and he treated us to Mikosas, desserts and kept checking on US. Thank you so much Alex!! Conrad Hilton and Estuary are happy to have to have you!
