Nicest restaurant around Benfleet and local areas. This place offers great value for money with good portion size. It's a deffo must try if you like fish but has meat dishes and something for veggies too!

A lovely little restaurant in Essex. Visited for a quick sea food treat, and we were not disappointed. We reserved a table using quandoo online, and it was quick and easy to book. On arrival, we were shown to our table and immediately given the menus. Drinks arrived promptly, and food came shortly after. The food was nice. I had the sea food boil, and I was not disappointed. Would have loved to have a bit of tiger prawns in it, though, but it was still lovely. The atmosphere was very nice and the staff and guests were very friendly and chatty All in all, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend a visit if you are in the area Parking: Found it easy to park. Lots of free street parking just outside the restaurant

Phoned last minute just before closing time to book a table for 2. It was my first time visiting and I truly wasn't disappointed...We had a 1st class meal with 1st class service... Absolutely recommend anyone to visit this restaurant & can't wait to try it again.

The food was the best I have either had in a restaurant. The service was very friendly. I have been to alot of restaurants in my time I.e. the vines ,smiths to name just two .The vines the meal was to salty ,Smiths we were told to leave the table as soon as we had finished our meal, but none of this happened at the Essex oster.
