The last time i visited this location was before covid lockdowns. I told my boyfriend about how amazing their portion sizes are and how fresh the food is so we decided to go together so that he can try. I was given 5 pieces of chicken and 3 tomato slices for close to $19, and my boyfriend was given a slice of dry beef on a toasted hot dog bun. Very sad to see how many people share the same opinion, this used to be the best souvlaki spot. To give credit where its due, my 5 chicken slices were cooked very good, the service was quick, and the employees were nice .
years ago maybe 8 years the food was very good few days ago i ordered here pitas , it was tasteless the pita was not edible and chicken not good quality. everything went down hill this place waste of money
This place was the great like 5 years ago I visited n February 23 I ordered a chicken souvlaki dinner and asked welldone when I got home it was I guess lightly done and honestly I got diarrhea from last night and feel like throwing up after eating the salad and the food I remember this place was the best place but unfortunately i guess new management don’t care anymore!
The food quality has gone down hill the last few years. This used to be the spot. The last 5 times I've gone the potatoes have not been cooked properly and are hard AF. Not cheap either
Always good. Nothing fancy, but sometimes you just want good flavourful meal. The burgers are on point, way better than the fast food places, and much cheaper for the quality.
Been coming to Esquire at least once a month for the past 30 years Good food, good prices - one of the Scarborough landmarks
Utterly shocked at how small the steak is in Steak on A Kaiser for such a premium price over the Burger
