Despite arriving 2.5 hours before the closing time I was told they would stop serving food in the next half hour. One I had paid and was in the lounge I was informed there was no hot food at all and the only options were some sandwiches with only one veggie option I feel ripped off, I want my £30 back

Such a relaxing experience to start our holiday. No rushing about trying to find a seat in a busy bar. The food was tasty & plenty of options. Lots of limitless drinks available too.

The Escape Lounge in Terminal 3 offers a comfort and relaxation amidst the hustle and bustle of the airport. With its comfortable seating areas, my best friend and I could unwind in style while enjoying the convenience of all-inclusive food and drinks. We had a breakfast buffet offered. I missed fried eggs though, the scrambled ones were too dry. One of the lounge's standout features is its ability to provide a respite from the often overcrowded airport waiting areas. Whether you're looking for a quiet space to catch up on work or simply want to escape the chaos, the Escape Lounge offers a tranquil oasis where you can recharge before your flight. But be aware that there are still quite a few of passengers there. Overall, the Escape Lounge in Terminal 3 is a welcome retreat if you are seeking a good experience away from the crowds, making it a worthwhile investment for any journey.

Great staff on the desk and in the lounge lovely experience

Awful experience. Some large groups in making a lot of noise and behaving rowdy. Staff did not tell them to keep the noise down. Hen parties etc. Very noisy- not what I’d expect for a premium lounge. Food choices at 4pm VERY poor. Furniture a bit shabby. Not worth the money at all.
