The food is always good, and this time, I tried the "Carne Asada" and the bacon wrapped shrimp it was really good. The atmosphere is cool, and the service is great and the drinks are great.

Best Mexican food in my area.

We had a large group, my family and those around me agreed that the food was bland. It was cooked ok, but just seemed like little to no seasonings or flavor to it. 20% automatic gratuity was included, which seemed high. The service and atmosphere were good considering the large group, but we expected more from the food. I would choose Pappasitos, Taco Bell, or another alternative in the future. The bland food was not worth $80 for 2 adults and a toddler in my opinion. Parking: We had to park behind the restaurant in another parking lot. There was not enough parking in front of or on the side of the restaurant.

Our waitress, Ashley, was fantastic!! She paced our appetizer/entree as we requested so that we could enjoy our evening. Kept chips, salsa and water fulfilled. Will definitely ask for her again.

Always been a fan of Escalante's! Tried the webster location for the first time on Valentine's day with my love and had a wonderful experience! Definitely recommend friendly staff, great atmosphere, delicious food!

My husband and I tried this place for the first tonight for our Valentines dinner. The service was amazing. However the food was horrible. They had a valentines special fajitas for two with an appetizer and dessert. There were also margaritas but we don’t drink. We got chicken and beef fajitas. This food had no flavor at all what so ever. The portion was really in for one person. The desert was a tres leches cake one piece for two people it was so wet we could not eat it. We paid 75.00 plus a tip and went home not full. Will not be back. I did not take a picture unfortunately.

We were seated promptly as soon as we got there, our server Francisco made sure we had everything we needed ahead of time. The fajitas were excellent, but definitely the best thing was the Spicy Mango Margarita and the delicious table side Guacamole that our server Francisco offered to us.

Great dinner and drinks!

Was in a couple of days ago, and sat at the bar and had Francisco waiting on us. He was very attentive, warm and welcoming. He made a great margarita, and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. For sure will be visiting again, and even though I don't normally like sitting at the bar when at restaurants, might rethink it with him.
