  • Original Blends

    • Breakfast Blend

Per 1 lb. bag. Attention light-roast fans: this bright-but-never-sour blend of Timor, Costa Rica and Mexico captures each bean's distinct, natural character. Full-bodied enough to be that first cup of the day and smooth enough to be a nightcap, this is the standard for light roast coffee.

    • Italian Roast

Per 1 lb. bag. High-density SHG-grade beans from Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, and Indonesia stand up to longer, darker roasting, preserving notes of choolate and black currant and resulting in a cup that is at once full-flavored and smoky–but never charred. Roasted dark.

    • French Roast

Per 1 lb. bag. Our darkest roast and best seller. Top-grade arabica beans from five Latin American estates. Dark and delicious, based on the classic French roast created in old New Orleans.

  • Single Origins

    • Ethiopia Harrar

Per 1 lb. bag. The original coffee plant discovered in ancient times by goatherds, Harrar is still grown on tiny organic farms and even picked in the wild. Our current lot of this primitive coffee has the typical Harrar complex flavor profile with nuances of dried fig, rose, honey, cocoa. A favorite of true coffee fanatics. Roasted on the lighter side of medium.

    • Sumatra

Per 1 lb. bag. Finest shade-grown arabica beans from ancient Indonesian farms. Grown in fertile volcanic soil, the coffee cherries are wet-hulled and sun-dried, which gives Sumatra the deep-bodied, herbal, earthy elements it is known for. Medium-dark roast.

  • Decafs

    • Sumatra Decaf

Per 1 lb. bag. The highest-grade, sun-dried organic coffees from Sumatra are shipped to Royal Coffee's Mountain Water decaffeination plant in Veracruz. The green coffee is pre-soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee's particular profile. Unbeatable flavor once thought impossible in a decaf. Tasting notes are cocoa powder, full bodied, clean. Roasted medium.
      $15.95
    • Espresso Decaf

Per 1 lb. bag. Mexican, Indonesian, and Ethiopian organics decaffeinated using Royal Coffee's Mountain Water Process make up this balanced, rich blend. Roasted medium.
      $15.95
    • Night & Day Decaf

Per 1 lb. bag. The finest deep-roasted, high-grown organics from Latin America and lighter-roasted Indonesian organics are decaffeinated with Royal Coffee's water process. The perfect dark and light duo, it's something once thought unachievable—a decaf that tastes as good as regular coffee.
      $15.95
