I absolutely love this place ❤️ It has an amazing atmosphere The staff are the kindest staff l have seen in 10 years! I ordered a strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping boba and it's definitely going to be my regular the next time l go there! The staff even let us use a tocan from December 2023 and now it's April 2024! I absolutely recommend!

If you haven’t tried it before and not sure about bubble tea I highly recommend! It was my first visit with my boyfriend and his daughter and we weren’t sure how it worked and the staff took so much time to let us try different options and pick our favourites! It wasn’t a hassle for them at all to take that extra time with us, you don’t get that service anywhere these days and we will 100% be back! Deliscious!

I ordered my drink around 14:00 and it took a while to get here but it was the delivery drivers fault not there and when my drink arrived there was two notes it it apologizing for being so late even though it wasn't their fault they gave me some free strawberry crackers as a apology they didn't have to do that yet they did put a smile on my face

Amazing atmosphere, amazing milk bubble tea. It was random acts of kindness day when I went and they gave me and my friend an extra free drink each. Amazing staff thanks so much!

Lovely new addition to Falkirk, bubble tea is better than the famous shop in Glasgow. I got Taro with brown sugar tapioca. The tapioca tasted nice and fresh, they weren't too hard or too soft. The lady behind the counter was totally lovely as well, answered all of my questions and made sure I found a drink that I'd enjoy.
