Hostess instructed me I had to go to the front desk and buy a $5 breakfast ticket before I was allowed to dine..... The buffet was picked over but the cook soon had refilled most items. He was the only one that tried to attend to customers. He also offered to get me a cold apple juice. HE WAS friendly. Eggs, and bacon were very good. The "chicken" sausage was gray, rubbery and tasteless. Biscuits & gravy also rather bland. Restaurant was quiet and nice atmosphere.
The staff is friendly and courteous!! Always made if feel like home
(Used to be) Great cocktails, accompanied by simple yet savory appetizers, salad varieties, entreés, and pasta. Most menu items are made to order, so variations are possible if there are any allergies or toppings that aren't wanted or that would like to be added. Spacious patio with umbrellas out back perfect for outdoor dining or an evening of liquid libations.
Terrible ! Terrible service all around the hotel ! And Emma food is trash
If I could give ZERO stars I would. My boyfriend and I decided to go today on Valentines Day. Because Emma's is never busy and we had a movie we wanted to see at 8pm. We got there at 6:30 pm. For starters we did not have a server so the host took our orders and after an hour and a half of waiting for our food with the host checking on us ONCE and still no waiter we were told that they were out of what we ordered. Keep in mind it is 8pm at this point so not only do we not get dinner on valentines but we miss the movie because we decided since it was so late it was fine if we could just get our dinner and get home which we did not get!! He did not even offer a free meal for next time. He just simply stated "we are out of the food you ordered so if you want to leave I understand." I've worked in the food service industry and I know it isn't terribly hard to let someone know if you do not have the food they ordered right away. Especially on a holiday so we had time to go somewhere else!
Food is decent and service is always exceptional.
