Emma Keys is better than it’s ever been. I walked in today and got great customer service after never receiving good service from the previous owners. The manager made me and my friend homemade ranch, even though he didn’t have to do that for us and it was so good! 6 star customer service if it was possible!

The chimichurri dog was I literally went back the next day for another.

I got the James Taylor and it was good.

Stopped in at 11am on Sunday. I recall seeing another couple already inside and maybe 3 workers? Ordered 2 burgers and a large bacon cheese fries. We sat down, got our burgers after 15 minutes and they were pretty good. I’d say about 10 minutes after that (what was left of our burger was cold at this point) the bacon cheese fries came out. They didn’t even drop the fries into the fryer until they gave us our burger. (I know this because again, it’s very quiet since they just opened) This is very strange. Also, for $9 I expected better. 80% of those fries had no cheese on them. Burgers were good, not much else. With Hops right down the road, I’m not sure I’d return. We frequent there with the same order and pay about $3 more which in my opinion is much better overall food and atmosphere.

I went to Emma Keys for the first time today. It will definitely not be the last! The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and delicious. Everyone in my group had something different and everyone said theirs was fantastic.

I wish we lived close to this place because we would become regulars! Found this place by accident in an awesome historic neighborhood. The burger selection is wonderfully diverse. I had the Swiss Bliss and my wife had the Hog Wild burger. They were both excellent! Logan and Aubry were both very helpful and friendly! We will definitely come back when we are in the area again! Kid-friendliness: We don’t have kids, but we saw that they provide sidewalk chalk for kids to decorate the patio. There’s even a cute little “toddler table” outside!
