Located in the heart of Seattle in the bustling Capitol Hill neighborhood, Elysian's original brewpub provides a modern take on a beer hall with industrial decor and an upgraded 15 bbl Paul Mueller brew system in an open-air space. We offer 20 rotating taps focusing on innovation in our brewery and kitchen. We have new and seasonal beers on tap each week, as well as some of our most popular brands. All of our menu items are made from scratch, our team focuses on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. We offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
