Elmer's Restaurant (Eugene, OR)

Excellent and attentive service, great food,& friendly atmosphere. I had the potato pancake meal the hubs had the hungry rancher. Very good coffee too!

The Lemon German pancake is the best! So yummy!

Had a date here and the waitress in the bar was delightful. Service was prompt and friendly.

I was more than pleased with the service, and the food is good. However, I was very disappointed in the manager whom I observed on two occasions during my 1 hr+busy time, in the bar area. It was hard to miss their mood and her body language when they approached an employee on two occasions during the time I was there. I'm wondering if that supervisor has ever considered approaching staff in a private space, or with a positive attitude? I wonder if that supervisor was trained, and did they pay attention during training? Sorry, but I will not return to Elmer's. I had no problem with the busy time. I was feeling good about spending time in the bar. But it was painful to watch what occurred...as a mental health clinical supervisor, I have seen enough...
