It’s been 5 yrs since I’ve had a croissant because gluten makes me sick. I was able to eat these with no problem. They were so delicious. I’m a new fan and I’ll be coming back every week. I love this place. I had the plain croissant, almond and chocolate almond. Yeah I ate 3. I also had the chocolate mousse. It was to die for.

Eggs benedict were delicious. The side of bacon was thick, juicy, and flavorful. Highlight for me was the purple yam soup—phenomenal. Banana bread and maple vanilla cookie were delightful. Quality food with a mellow atmosphere and friendly staff. Thank you, Eller. I’ll be back.

Great new bakery in OC. I actually really loved the fact that they used ancient whole grains in their baked goods. I tried the blueberry lemon scone and it was surprisingly earthy, hearty and nutty. Very unlike any other scone I've had in the past but in a really good way. The cinnamon roll made when sourdough is interesting, not what I'd typically choose but it is made with sourdough so it tastes like sourdough. I just wanted to try it to see if I'd like it. I preferred my friend's scone more. The Vermont maple latte was beautiful and delicious. The real winner was the French omelette with hassleback potatoes and roasted cherry to tomatoes. So simple but delicious with great textural contrasts. I'd definitely try more of their savory breakfast items and bowls next time.

This place had absolutely delicious baked goods - most of which were sour dough. And the staff was very attentive and friendly. Plus it is very spacious - most bakeries and coffee shops are pretty small with limited seating, Eller has a lot of space both indoor and outdoor.

What a wonderful bakery, coffee and breakfast spot. Food was excellent and the service was impeccable! The 2 egg breakfast was delicious and the French Toast is a situation (could be shared between two).

4/10 - Seems like this shop opened before it was ready. They only serve sourdough pastries, which always taste like orange or cardamom, or tiny breakfast food, which is $20 at minimum no matter what you get. I came here for the coffee since online they boast that they roast in house. However, they don’t sell whole bean, and even though they have a coffee roaster on display, they use beans from Herst Coffee instead…. Although the espresso was balanced, their drink menu was more of what you’d find on a coffee cart, almost non existent, and I ended up not getting anything and just buying a cold brew from Wilson Coffee. And the sign that says you can only stay for 90 minutes when you walk in is super off putting, even though they were dead. Swing and a miss, especially considering there’s 20 other shops in the area
