His unconventional fast and hot baking method resulted in “Chicago-Style” cheesecake, known for its rich and creamy texture and all-butter shortbread cookie crust. Over 40 years later, we’ve added a variety of delicious sweet treats to the mix, handmade at our family-owned bakery on Chicago’s Northwest side.
