Eleven Sixty Bar & Grill

Had a reservation for 7:30 and did not receive any service for over a half hour. We watched everyone else receive their orders/drinks that sat after us. Every waiter and host did not acknowledge us until we decided to leave. We had a larger group and was really looking forward to trying the restaurant but due to the lack of service, we will not be returning.

Sat and waited for 30min and didn’t receive a single hello. My party of 6 were celebrating 3 birthdays and we watched people arrive after us and receive their orders meanwhile we couldn’t even get our drinks. Was our first time and will not try again.

Service was incredible, beautiful location. However the food was incredibly average. Painfully average. Fish and chips were very dry. If you are looking for just drinks a great place.

Atmosphere was nice, service was top notch, our waitress was attentive and friendly. The $10 off a bottle of wine was a Bonus , the food was great except for the sirloin steak , very flavourful but tough and chewy. The wine selection was good, but they had hard time finding a good scotch. I will come back again but but no sirloin for me

As usual the food was amazing .. never disappointed with the ribs . You must try the jalapeno cheddar soup

My husband and I went to Eleven Sixty restaurant Saturday March 9th. It was my second time there and couldn’t wait to take my husband. The food was amazing, we hadO ion Summit followed by Stir fry for me and a combo plate with Ribs, steak and shrimp kabob for my husband. The waitress was so friendly as were the people greeting us coming in and leaving. Yes I would go back. I highly recommend this place. Prices were very reasonable too!!!

We celebrated my daughter's birthday here and were so impressed! As my daughter has a life-threatening food allergy, she called ahead to ask if they could accommodate her with soy-free options. After checking directly with the kitchen manager, the person who took the call assured her that there would be many options available to her. Upon arrival, we found the setting very nice - classy casual. Our waiter was absolutely outstanding! He made several extra trips to the kitchen to double check on menu items before my daughter ordered. When my husband asked for "a lemon" instead of a lime for his Corona, the waiter came back with a whole lemon in one hand, which he handed my husband completely dead-pan, and then the lemon slices and a great big grin! Great sense of humour! He went out of way to help my daughter access a birthday coupon for a free app. He checked in regularly, but never interrupted. When he came to offer dessert, he had already checked with the kitchen ahead of time so that he could recommend items to my daughter that were safe for her (and many baked goods are definitely NOT safe!) I can honestly say that we have never had such great service in accommodating her allergy! The food was amazing! The Caesar was excellent, with croutons that melted in your mouth. The Onion Stack app was HUGE, as were the wings. Take-home containers were a must all around! We ended up in London because my daughter is doing a visiting elective for school. I will be looking for an excuse to visit from Waterloo again, just so that we can dine at 1160 again! Dietary restrictions: Fantastic with accommodating food allergies!
