El Techo, is a rooftop taqueria featuring a beverage program which delivers on an ingredient-driven philosophy celebrating the artisan producers of tequila and mezcal - as well as natural wines, cocktails and beer. Our state-of-the-art fully retractable rooftop allows year-round service regardless of the weather! Condesa is named after the vibrant community in Mexico City and honors the long-standing traditions, techniques and flavors of the seven regions of Mexico, while also incorporating seasonal ingredients grown and sourced from the neighboring areas of Philadelphia. The menu centers on Mexican heirloom corn tortillas traditionally made with volcanic-stone ground masa made on premise daily.
