El servicio esta bien el ambiente y el lugar bien pero lo mas importante la comida muy mala definitivamente no lo recomiendo

Today 3/2/24. I have been coming to this place with family for years and most times been a pleasant experience. However tonight took my family to eat here and well, the cooks or some other employees decided to play very loud music with obscene language. Some kind of Spanish rap with very descriptive sexual content. I asked politely to the waitress to lower it down since I have my daughter with us and there were some other small children eating with their families. She said she would ask them to do (do not know if she did) but that did not happened. Another song started and same content. Finally I deceived to leave. Asked for some containers to take my food (which I barely had the chance to touch) and decided not to stay and being uncomfortable there. She approached me and apologized but it was not her but the cooks who did not care about it. With that said. My last time I come here. They have the right to do what they want and I have the right to take my business somewhere else. As of now I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANYMORE IF YOU BRING YOUR FAMILY and want to have a good time. And just so you know, in the opposite corner behind the rinconcito there is a new Taqueria and the food, prices and atmosphere is excellent. Been there a few times and is my new place to go. Check it out if you can.

A mi esposo y a mi nos gusta venir a comer a este lugar !! Ya que ofrecen variedad de platillos muy deliciosos!!! El ambiente siempre había sido agradable ! ( muy acogedor para hablar ) pero últimamente… mientras estamos ahí ponen música a un volumen muy alto y el tipo de música es muy grosera , perversa y ofensiva (sexo, drogas ) tipo pandillera .Lo que hace que la estancia ahí sea estresante y desagradable . Nunca había escuchado este tipo de música en restaurantes . Ojalá mejoren en eso .

The worst experience yet, Birria taco signs all over and they have none so I order a quesadilla with cilantro and onions on the side, instead I get lettuce and tomato, I ordered a cup of consome with my order and there’s none here, I ask for red sauce and they have none. Not diggin this place.

Update: I have been back many times now that COVID has normalized. Have tried a variety of dishes and the food doesn't disappoint. The service is hit and miss at times but always good. There are newer dishes but I always stick to the tacos and burritos. Mostly with al pastor meat but carnitas and birria are always good. Even though there are other fast food Mexican restaurants in the same small shopping center I always come back to El Rinconsito. It is a good restaurant. Try it, you will enjoy it. I ordered take out and went to pick it up. The restaurant was partially full. Dividers at the tables are compliant for Covid. I lined up to pick up my food and noticed 4 young guys in front of me waiting to order. Most of us waiting in line were masked and two of the guys waiting were not. When they got to the front only the two masked guys were helped, one quickly put his mask on and was helped, the fourth unmasked one left the restaurant and told his buddies to order him something to go. The restaurant is following Covid guidelines. I was able to pick up my food and as always enjoyed my meal. I tried a new plate which had plenty of meat. The rice an beans was good. I usually order too much food and was able to save the rest for another meal. It is better when ordered hot but reheat Mexican food is also good. Try the take out or sit in for a good meal in the restaurant. You will be satisfied with the food and the menu selections.
