El Puro Cuban Restaurant

Beautiful restaurant and great service. Everyone seems to be having a good time here and there is a party atmosphere. I had a vegan entree that was fabulous. Kelly was our server and made great recommendations.

Needlessly overpriced and beyond mediocre service. Kelli forced the sampler on us (on a to go order after we eat at the restaurant) and then was super unhelpful when the $48 price was questioned. She brought another male server and he had the audacity to belittle us for not asking the price of the sample when we ordered it. REALLY?!? How were we supposed to know that the items that was twice pushed on us would be more than the meal itself? On top of that, the waitress always had to be flagged down. And our food came in shifts…so by the time we all (4 people total) got our food, half our meals were coldz NEVER RETURNING AGAIN.

Maria fue excelente - great food and great service!

First time had Cuban food. The fries were amazing and best part of the meal! Family agrees on that. The rest of our meals were pretty good. Their Passion Fruit smoothies were delicious!

Maria was spectacular service on point very on top of anything that was needed treated me and my guest from out of town amazingly recommend if you have anyone visiting the Charlotte area

Very pricey ropa vieja but it was really good!

Incredible food and atmosphere.

Kelly was an amazing waitress! The food is absolutely delicious, and was full of flavor. This was our 1st time dining here and won’t be our last. The atmosphere was perfection!
