Best chicken grilled over the fire.

I asked for a water cup and a xxxL heavy girl refused to give me one and she had a bad attitude.she had a drity greasy apron she also had a terrible hygiene and she didn’t have her name tag on her never coming back again

The food is always good. The order is always correct. Very Fast Service. The Druve Thru employees are usually always very friendly and LOOk at you or LOOK at you and smile while they hand you their food. Management seems to train their employees well. I’ve had one or two times the employee acted annoyed and didn’t look or smile at me while handing me my food, but that was not the norm. They provide both good food and good service. They are my favorite drive thru fast food establishment in Yuba City. I prefer Chipotle food, a little more, but their prices are too high.

Killer beans and rice! The chicken is one of my favorites and that's saying a lot cause I'm a chicken guy!

I'm only leaving this review. Because the guy who was the cashier when I went in what's great. It was knowledgeable he helped me with what I needed. Can he even? Let me know about some coupons that wear available. I really appreciate it.

Great food, but not overcooked skin to chew it. Food is getting better to chew.

Food is good! Unfortunately staff isn’t so great. One woman in particular. I went in 2/16/2024 around 7pm, there were dirty tables so we picked the cleanest table in the room to sit at, as any other person would do right?! Who wants to sit at a dirty table?! As we sat down, we were immediately yelled at from across the restaurant! Not only is that absolutely RUDE, but extremely embarrassing. The tall Hispanic woman could have easily walked over and let us know we couldn’t sit there? There was zero signage stating no one was allowed to sit at the ONE clean table. If you don’t want people sitting in certain areas, maybe have other tables cleaned. But that one specific worker, the tall woman, she could use a good etiquette training.

El Pollo Loco is an easy staple. Double chicken tostada salad is always good! Plenty to pick from and tastes good! Price is fair for what you get.
