The service here is impeccable! Brenda S. On day shift needs a raise. She is absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service every time! I honestly feel like family there. Her manager is wonderful too. Food is excellent. It makes our neighborhood much more enjoyable. Thanks guys.

Chicken was fresh and juicy. Its a hit or miss evertime i go to el pollo loco. Today it was fantastic! Reps were nice and friendly.
