Same issue twice *system problems transaction goes through, we showed them our banking details they said system down, no food ,money will be refunded talk to your bank- no customer skills . I do not recommend this location Beach and Ball.

Food was ok, they forgot my tostada. Which o didn't realize till i got back to my hotel. Dont forget to check your order before you leave if doing take out

Maria is a great cashier and floor worker she was right at the entrance and welcomed us in with a smile and showed us how to use the screen to order our food. Maria walked to our table and asked if we were ok and if we needed anything. Maria suggested desserts. I always look forward to coming to this pollo loco because of Maria. Great employee!!!

This is one of the better El Polos around in my opinion. Always friendly and helpful. Food is always hot and fresh.

Came in on Monday nov 14th for a quick dinner also added a chicken tostada to my order just to find out they put no lettuce on it what’s the point of a tostada salad ?? On top of that the order took like 25 min service was horrible never again

Cashier was very rude.

After coming in I was greeted with a smile by Maria who assisted me on the new order screens. Good menu options. Good selection of healthy.
