El Paraiso Mexican Grill Everett

I love El Paraiso, I have been countless times, it is a local favorite! The service is always super quick and the servers are always so welcoming and quick to greet you with chips and salsa. They have a great tequila list, a big menu and a great happy hour and daily specials. Every dish I've had here has been great and we will continue to come back again and again.

Came here late in eve to grab a quick bite. Anabel was our server, she was very welcoming and friendly. What we ordered: 1.) Ground Beef Nachos $6.95 (only a Sunday Special) the portion was quite nice and my husband (who is very picky) said that they were well balanced in flavor and chips were crunchy! 2.) Pork Carnitas Plate $21.95 the rice and beans were cooked and seasoned right the pork tasted good but a few of the pieces were overcooked. I prefer my carnitas to be on the moister side.

Severs were soo soo kind and good came very quickly. Complementary chips, salsa and bean dip. Highly recommend Chimichanga lunch special - tasted delicious + rice and beans were perfect portion. Several meat options for the chimichangas - chicken seasoning was excellent & chorizo was really flavorful, not spicy. Choices of black bean, pinto or refried.

The food is worth the trip, especially if you're vegetarian, but the service is next level, and the prices are very reasonable. Vegetarian options include more than just bean burrito, cheese enchilada, and quesadilla -- there's tamales, gordita, fajitas, chile relleno, and more. Highly recommend. Update: Still our fave sit-down Mexican restaurant in the area. We love everything from the chips, salsa, and bean dip to the churro with chocolate and strawberry sauces. Drinks are good, service is fantastic, and if you have to wait for a table, they'll often offer a free, fresh tortilla right off the grill. Vegetarian options: Not the usual Mexican food options. Try the veggies tamales and chimi!
