Palo Palo will break the barriers of having to identify as serving a specific cuisine. We are digging into our backgrounds and adding a modern twist to the things we grew up eating while also expanding our horizons. We will dive into and focus more on seasonal rotations, local ingredients, cuisines from all over, offer playful and delicious drinks which will allow us to expand our guests way of dining as well as keeping thing fresh, fun and rotating.
