Customer service and staff attitude was so bad that I never actually got to the food. It was my first time there; I asked for a menu. Staff handed me one, without mentioning that the prices were (severely) out of date. When I inquired about the 50% price difference between my receipt and the menu, the server just said "sorry, old menu" and laughed. I asked why I was given an old menu; they said they didn't have new menus. They didn't have the new prices posted anywhere. They were unwilling to honor the prices in the menu they gave me, so we agreed to cancel my order. I had to ask for a refund, only to be told none of the staff on premises could process a refund; I had to wait for a manager. I had been standing at their counter for 15 minutes by that point, so I just left.
