On another occasion the experience could be better, but on this one the restaurant was just too busy for the waiters to even offer the minimal standard of service. They were multitasking to the max and that would be why the waiter forgot that we had ordered a main dish in addition to a starter. However, it would be common sense that two customers sitting for 1 hour at a table after finishing the starter would be waiting for a main dish. The worst thing is that the waiter blamed us for not ordering the main dish. What happened to us? He was too busy to remember anything. Whatever the reason, it would be rude for a waiter to say to the customer, " No, you didn't order. I speak good English." Apart from the fact that they were grossly understaffed, they weren't trained to operate in a busy environment with basic courtesy. The food wasn't bad but the experience was horrible.
