El Neno Tacos & Tortas

Only complaint is the rice needs more salt, but the texture was nice and fluffy! Everything else was bomb. The taco neno has SO much filling so one taco is really two cuz you can use the second tortilla to catch the overflow haha. Super nice people working there.

Service is atrocious. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE EVER!!! Food is mediocre at best. Use to be a good place to eat. I ordered from their website 45 min in advance during a slower time in the day, and after arriving I was told it would be another 20 minutes minimum. I orded 2 burrito meals and 2 Three taco meals which in the past would take about 15 minutes max to walk in give my name, pay, be handed my bag, and leave. But after ordering online with adequate time to prep and serve and when I arrived there were zero people waiting for food or to order and personnel there had no idea of an online order. I will not be ordering from them again because of their lack of awareness and has made me question their abilities to service and/or prep food for consumption.

The Steak Taco meal was proper. However, I have to agree with another reviewer that the meat was a bit too salty.

Ordered $50 in food. Forgot the steak on my steak nachos. Birria tacos were also made wrong. Normally food orders are perfect.

This will be my last time going there. Our food has been cold and then they charge you for the food and don't give it to you. I gave cash and no reciept. Im sol but if I can save someone else this same issue. If you do go ask for a receipt.

Trish is super sweet, always super nice. Open to answer any questions. Always on task, Cleaning tables when there no customer. Trying to keep the store clean at all costs. Always super helpful and such a kind hearted person. I just love her, she’s an awesome asset to the company ❤️

The service is declining. They hired some new lady and everytime she’s working I call to place my order and they pick up and hang up right away, multiple times. Even if I wait and call back up to 20 min later. They do the same thing, and when I go inside to order there is absolutely no one there, She’s rude and acts like she’s not working. Has her kids in the lobby and she can’t even take your order right when they’re there.

The birria burrito is the best!!! The staff is so friendly... All the meals are made home made every day.

Best tacos in Janesville. Service is hit or miss. Good place for takeout wouldn't suggest eating in restaurant.

First time here. Ordered tacos with ground beef. Flavor was great but the beef was way too salty. Salsa tasted bitter, almost like they used tomato sauce from a can and threw in some diced tomatos. My son had chicken tacos and he loved them. I will give them another try. Service was great!
