El Mexicano Restaurant

The Vazquez family are natives of Mexico, born in the village San Pedro in Puebla. In 1983, the first generation of Vazquez family came to the United States. For more than 23 years they were employed in Mexican restaurants some family members worked in kitchens while others worked as bus boys and waiters. After many years of hard work, the family decided to open their first business, known as "El Mexicano Restaurant located in Hudson Falls, New York. In 2009, the Vazquez family opened their second El Mexicano Restaurant in Saratoga Springs, New York.
