Inspired by the culinary traditions of Mexico and classic family recipes, Chef Lorena Telles from Cuernavaca Morelos, Mexico, focuses on fresh and scratch cooking at El Luchador. The food is enhanced by using only the best ingredients sourced from small American farms, along with locally grown produce. A full bar featuring craft cocktails by Marissa DeMello, and an extensive Tequila and Mezcal list is available, featuring over 80 different varieties of well known and small production labels.
