Not bad, was a issue with the Soda fountain last time which was inconvenient but food made up for it
The worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. The host was unapologetic and had a bad attitude, and the manager refused to give me a refund for a mistake that could have been avoided. As like with a lot of people in the Ladson, life has turned into a 24-hour work schedule and financial instability. On my way home from classes, I decided to order tacos and using my hands free option on my Bluetooth. I ordered 12 tacos, 9 with chicken and 3 fish. She goes okay I will read the order back 9 chicken street tacos and 3 fish. She did not tell me a total. When I got to the store she handed me two bags and I paid. It was too many boxes to be 12 tacos I asked because I was worried she was handing me someone’s order. I asked for a partial refund, she called the manager, he said no. So then I said I don’t want the food at all I want a refund. She said I can’t give you a refund because it says it on the menu. It was a Togo order I placed over the phone I didn’t have access to menu and I thought street tacos were like how you order on the street (not with beans and rice).I left very upset, enough to make me sick walking to my car. I was sick not because I had just walked away from $60 but because of her attitude and the restaurants unwillingness to even attempt to take some of the responsibility for the miscommunication.
Gave me the wrong order then refused to give me a refund! Sat in there for over an hour while these idiots did not even attempt to resolve the problem! Especially the fat manager johnathan. Food never even left the store and multiple employees touched on it trying to convince me it was correct!
Food hot and portions were good.
Too dark inside dinning room.
