El Gallo Pinto Restaurant

Our first time to visit. This now our favorite Mexican /Nicaraguan restaurant. From the Nicaraguan grilled chicken, fried plantains, Mexican cheese enchiladas , Mexican chicken enchiladas and hard taco with beans we were pleasantly surprised with the freshness and quality . We at first thought the prices may be a little high but 3 of us have enough left over for a small meal. We received a combination of quality and value.

Informal dining where you seat yourself. Small, quaint dining with both Mexican and Niguaran dishes. Parking: Go around the back to park.

It is one of the best in Liberal to get your craving for not only homemade Mexican food but Nicaraguan meals as well!! It’s delicious & the owners always make you feel so welcome, One of them is always there!!!
