Manuel and Dolores came to America (Salt Lake City, Utah) with their family to fulfill their version of the American Dream by opening their own restaurant. It was here that they taught their children what their forefathers taught them- the preparation of Mexican food. We have always believed that Mexican food isn't what we do. It is what we are!
