El Cerro Mexican Bar & Grill

Food was good but service was TERRIBLE. We couldn’t get our drinks refilled a single time. We ordered a cheese dip that didn’t come till AFTER we received the food.

Good place to eat. Most of the time I order out, but my wait is pleasant and the staff always eager to help. The food is what you would expect from the chain.

came in to give it another try worse mistake, we had the slender younger kid sat us wanted us to order as soon as he sat us, didn't get chips and salsa until after we ordered which was odd, server never came back for drink refills to check on the meal and or just to see if we needed anything , after finally receiving the check we waited additionally 15 min waiting even tho they weren't busy atm got one refill didnt have a drink during our meal as our cups sat empty on the edgeof the table). the last 12 yr being a transplant local this was my place to go (any location)or send anyone but since covid restrictions let up and we got some what back to normal this location in particular has dramatically went the hell.. I understand inflation owning a business but when tacos go from $11.99 to $15.99 for the same tacos (only 3) there's greed not inflation

Our Server Alexander was great and very attentive! He made the dining experience great!

The food was soggy, and we waited for 20 minutes on the check.

LOVED their homemade chips and salsa, as well as the delicious cheese dip! I had the special St. Patty's margarita, which was very refreshing...not too sweet and very tasty. The chimichanga entree was excellent. The shredded beef was tender, the tortilla was fried perfectly, and the rice and beans were very good. Sopapillas rounded out the meal with its sweet, crispy, cinnamon sugar drizzled with chocolate syrup and topped with whipped cream and a cherry. I was full and very satisfied!
