I have been coming here once a week for over 6 months now. I ordered one frozen strawberry margarita, it was all syrup and sugar. I decided to go with a traditional margarita next and it was entirely sweet and sour mix. When I asked for a beer instead, the manager said “we have a sign up front that says no refunds or exchanges on drinks”. You are a PRIVATELY owned restaurant, you should be focused on maintaining customer relationships and reoccurring visits to your establishment. I will not be going back.
