Best Vegan Mexican Restaurant.
I absolutely loved the Nachos. I would suggest a desert menu in the future. Churros and vegan ice cream 🍦 would make an excellent addition 😋

Nice Mexican place 1/2 block away from Pike Place market with outdoor seating as well as inside. Find a table and sit down (no need to wait for someone) then order by scanning QR code at table. They will bring it out to you fast. Food was served piping hot. Tried Mexican rice (delicious), CHUNK brand meat shredded tacos (meat was so similar that shredded beef I did a double take), al Pastor (oyster mushrooms, a bit too spicy for this wimp), potato and poblano taco (excellent), and bean and cheese burrito (yummy). Salsa that you order is authentic and very good. 4 other salsas available for self serve to try on your tacos too.

Best food I had in Seattle. The gabacho AF and barbacoa tacos were the standouts.
