Picked up some bagels for me and my kids before we hit the road for a trip. The kids had a plain bagel with cream cheese (the honey almond is amazing) and I had the bacon, egg and cheese bagel which was great. All were delicious.

Had breakfast there with my wife and then needed to use restroom. Restroom had a lockbox on it and I asked for the code and I was told it was for paying customers after I had spent a half hour there eating breakfast with my wife. And then another customer told me to leave if I did not like it

Forgot one of my sandwiches and cream cheese to my brunch bundle

Went In to pick up my order..absolutely the WORST customer service I've experienced in a while. Incredibly horrible.. I can't even begin to explain but I will say, this team that's on today did t ACT like, look like nor display the brand name I'm used to. I'll stay at 7th Street and McDowell. Horrid!!!
