Takes forever to make a simple sandwich and abismal atmosphere, food is fine and employees are nice when they talk to you

Good place to visit alone,and eat alone

It was a cloudy Sunday afternoon, and not much foot traffic in the student Union. Yet as I wander through the Union halls what do I see? Six workers manning this esteemed bagel shop. I meander up to the register and place my order. Only then would the pain truly begin. I sit down and wait for my order to be ready. 5 minutes pass, I check for my order, yet no food was seen. 7 minutes pass, the same thing. Finally TEN minutes pass and I get my order. A bagel with two eggs. Such conditions. Overstaffed and ok at best. Truly an insult to the Einstein name.

The student union was nice their was about 8 workers when I went to get my food it seemed a bit overcrowded but food was good and only had to wait 10 min

Never disappointed at any of their locations!!!!!! Eat at Einsteins all over Utah and wherever I see them. Killer food and service at all of them, it's a must breakfast.
