Short staffed and limited hours in the summer. Pretty good food. More expensive than I'd like.

It's ok, quick service. Unfortunately you cannot use your rewards at this location and this is the only Einstein bros in Dubuque now

They have excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere. The employees are very polite and friendly. I love going down there to get coffee and a bagel when I am doing some computer work.
