Einstein Bros. Bagels

I have eaten at various Einstein Bagels locations since college, and have always enjoyed the food. However, my last two visits have been trash. My last visit, someone else was having an order remade because it was wrong, and then I got home and so was mine. I’d been given the wrong bagel. Whatever, it’s a one-off mistake. Today, I ordered my bagel toasted with cream cheese; it was not toasted, and when I took a bite it had nearly no cream cheese. It was to the point where it couldn’t be spread to cover the whole bagel. With prices what they are anymore, I am not going to spend money in a location that never gets my order right.

Bagel was hard, maybe not fresh. Egg sandwich Bagel was different and kind of different then egg sandwiches.

Always great to stop in and get a coffee and some good food!

Let me start with saying the attitudes of 2 bad apples ruined the entire experience. I was sure to ask for names though to give then a shout out on learning customer service. My sandwiches were made incorrectly twice by the girls too busy playing instead of working. When I came back to the counter to have them remade, they didn't even apologize and told me to throw it away myself! Eileen smirked about it and her pal Vanessa thought it was funny that they made it wrong not once but twice! That's money down the drain for the owner. Eileen said I ordered wrong and Vanessa said she made it correctly but it didn't matter because she made it again so I can't find something to complain about this time. I also ordered a shake and colbrew, I was called to come get them and was greeted with a pleasant smile by Cynthia. She passed me my drinks, apologized for the food mistake and thanked me for my business and said it was a pleasure serving me!!! I have been back twice because of her! She is a great example of exceptional customer service!

No matter where I've lived, Einstein Bagels has been close by. In addition to the delicious tasting bagels, there's a plentiful array of bagel flavors from which to choose. Also, a gem is that on Mondays, they offer a discounted bakers' dozen - it turns out to be an affordable way to purchase my favorite bagels. I rated their "atmosphere" as 3 stars because I've always done take-out and only observed their eating area.

I started going about 1 months ago. No Apps accepted. Points off my receipt I have to go to website within 24 hours to get free stuff. Bagels are delicious and coffee is good. Prices are very high. So They need to get there system up an working.

I’m not sure how you can get the order wrong the same way twice within months, but they managed to do it. There won’t be a third time, food costs too much to be aggravated like this. I ordered during a non busy hour as well

Let me start with I've been going to Einstein for a long time and have always had great food and the staff was always so nice. Recently I can't not say the same. Today I went for my usual and as I was at the counter the lady ran into the bagel catch tray where bagels are sliced and it fell on the floor. She was about to put it back on but just set it on the counter next to it and proceeded to take my order. After she did, she went over to the tray to reconnect it to the machine and I said "uhhhh can you not use that since it was just on the floor?". She replied "it fell on this side so it won't be touching your bagel". I was stunned... then she said "do you want me to wash it?". What kind of question is that? Who would ever say oh no don't worry about I'd love a side of floor grime with my bagel thanks. So I said yeah that'd be great and she walked off irritated. This new group of staff members are something else. I also got a flavored lemonade with ended up just being mostly water with a hint of lemon and fruit. There is a lack in quality control and a serious lack of cleanliness. I won't be back for awhile. Do better. Also fix your rewards machine. It's been down for a very long time.
