Einstein Bros. Bagels

Avoid this location unless you want to just be upset about the whole experience!!!!!! I’ve been coming here for a while now because it’s near my house which allows for “nicer” on the road breakfast. After today I’ll take my money elsewhere or a different location. The staff is so rude and 99% of the time just seem annoyed to be doing their job. The quality of the food is inconsistent, sometimes warm and sometimes cold. Today however I waited around 8 minutes after paying for a Bacon, Avocado& Tomato Bagel.(drive thru empty) So I’m thinking okay they must be preparing it. Drive away and it was cold, probably just sitting on a counter.

I have gone to this Einstein Bagel three times now and may not go again. The good side is that the food is fresh and a step up from some other fast food restaurants. However, that freshness comes with a steep enough price that I don't think it's truly worth it. I have enjoyed the food each time, but felt that I didn't get my money's worth. Another thing that bugged me is that when placing a mobile order the staff seem to want a long time to prepare your meal...it's a bagel and coffee. Finally I have tried a different coffee drink each time and all three drinks had more cream than coffee, which may be a preference thing, but something that I didn't really enjoy. Overall, I'm giving three stars seeing that a lot of my feelings are preference based, but the creamer could be less, the staff could be a little more realistic, and the price could be a little lower.

BEST bagels! Always fresh, deliciously prepared. Too bad they aren't any closer to Braselton
