Eileen's Colossal Cookies

I had boxes made to take to Children's Mercy Hospital, just a small token of appreciation for everything they have done for my grandbabies. The nurses absolutely LOVED them! Jered and Audrey were amazing to work with in making this happen. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Our church recently ordered over 100 cookies for an event. The gentlemen who helped take our order was very friendly and made the process super easy! The cookies were soft and delicious and a big hit at our event!

We had a fantastic experience ordering here! We recieved an absolutely perfect cookie for my daughter's birthday. I was so happy when I opened the box to see how it looked. The price point was great too. Everyone loved it at the party- it wasn't long before it had all been eaten!

O my word. I am so impressed with their customer service. I was able to get a custom, decorated large cookie cake turned around same day!!! The decorations look just like the examples online. Thanks Eileen's for coming in clutch!!

The best cookies in Manhattan. Not too sweet, just right. Most of the time they never make it out of the store because i eat them. But the best prices and best cookies. Oatmeal chocolate chip and monster are my fave. But the highlight is the staff. Best and friendliest staff around.

I can’t hype this place up enough. My kids constantly ask for me to get these cookies and not just one kind but any and all of them are amazing. My one child recently asked “Why do these cookies taste so good?” My question exactly. Like how? Their chocolate chip cookie tastes like my childhood and dreams. Every cookie is amazing with a cup of warm coffee. 20/10.

The cookies were fine. The employee we dealt with left us with a horrible impression of the business. We stopped by after lunch on Saturday, May 6. Being new to the storefront we asked 3-4 short questions and made our selections. The employee seemed annoyed with us and rolled her eyes at another employee who then snickered when we were paying. We paid with credit card and my husband added a 10% tip (mind you, this was for putting cookies in a sack and carrying a prepackaged assortment to the cash register). When the employee saw him write in the tip amount, she turned on her heel and walked away. The other employee had to hand our purchase to us. We won’t be returning. I realize how difficult it is to deal with complaints and I appreciate you, as the new owner of Eileen’s Cookies MHK, reaching out to me about an issue that occurred prior to your taking over. When we are in Manhattan for one of the upcoming football games we will stop by for cookies.
