Egg & Flour Pasta Bar

Saw Adam on Fox 6 this morning. His hat was dirty and he wasn't wearing a hairnets or any other protective covering over that huge beard of his while he was preparing food! How unsanitary! Will not eat in his restaurant because of this. Wondering if the health department is aware of this?

The service was great friendly staff. Food came very quick so I was pleased with that. The pricing for the food was a bit too steep in my opinion . I ordered the truffle Lemachi and to me it tasted like I could’ve just ordered Mac and cheese from Panera for way less. The sauce was actually more runny though and they over did it on the chives . We also ordered the bread and burrata which was okay but the pesto was very overpowering.

The food was delicious! I got The Adam and it was seasoned perfectly. Quick service and casual dining. I really liked the layout of the restaurant and the egg and flour mural was so cool to look at.

Excellent lunch at the Egg & Flour Pasta Bar! We had the Pesto Bucatini and the Mushroom Pappardelle - both outstanding. The quality of the freshly made pasta is obvious and so different from store bought. Both sauces were scrumptious. Server Alex was terrific and offered these as some of his personal menu favorites. For those who've not been here before, this is an "order at the counter" restaurant - which worked out fine for us. The decor inside is very cool and our sunny window seat capped it off. Highly recommend!
