Plethora (at LEAST 15) of small gnat like bugs in our sushi boat. Waiter took it back and the chef literally just took the food that had the bug infestation and replated it in a different dish, still serving it to us. Waiter was apologetic and comped us 30% after we waited 20+ minutes for food with bugs. Won’t be back.
We’ve been here many times, usually we like it but today was the worst experience, I had a pick up order, cashier looked like did not want to be there and was extremely rude, did not greet, no thank you no words, bad faces and attitude, no costumer service at all, management needs to do better with training, front people make costumers want to come back or not, I’ve been in food service industry myself so do better. I had to tell her thank you and have a great night and had zero response, I had to tell her thank you and have good night , and had zero response back from her, It was very unpleasant.
