I would rate 0 stars if I could. This place has gone down hill in the last couple years. Workers have no customer service skills and are rude. Do better.

Good management, order was wrong on all days, valentines day! They went above and beyond to make things right. I will be buying wife's flowers here and eatables. Beautiful flowers and Amazing food, from fruit to cheesecake to brownies! Can't say enough! Can't wait to order from here again!

I dont give this a 0ne star, but there is not options for negative stars. Tried to use the service here in wichita ks asked for an am delivery because the business gets busy in the afternoon, came later in the afternoon and no delivery. Went to talk to the ladies at the business and got told I should have told them the business name, but saying it three times is not good enough I guess. I will not be using this service from these people ever again. I have been wanting to try it since it came to town, but I wish it would close down. Horrible, rude, non ethical people working here who don't care about customers at all. Called customer service and they acted like how dare I make a complaint against the company name.

First time was good , second time the service was awful and the thirty time even worse. Is unfortunately that this is the only place near my moms house otherwise I’ll never recommend or order with this location again. Customer service absolutely the worse. Another year that they didn’t deliver the flowers to my mom and there’s nothing they’ll do about it. I do not recommended this location it all. The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Awful awful awful!!!

We received a fruit bouquet and a chocolate cake topped with strawberries. Both were fresh, delicious and looked beautiful! They were delivered right on time and by a friendly delivery person. Highly recommend!
