I need something quick and they help me out!

Came in today to redeem a freebie that I received via email. Valerie helped me, she was super helpful and sweet! While I was there I saw a cute heart shaped treat, it was a strawberry swirl cheesecake so I had to get one of those as well. Valerie topped my heart cheesecake with a fresh hand dipped strawberry too Quick and friendly service, easy peasy!

Valerie was amazing. She created my order in a timely manner and it looks wonderful. Will definitely come again.

I drove half an hour to purchase some chocolate covered strawberries and it said they closed at 7pm and I went and it said on their door that they close at 5pm. Such a waste of time

Been a long time customer of this location Valerie and Alexia are AMAZING! Had to pick up earlier than I thought and they were able to accommodate me. I only go to them when I need chocolate covered fruit!

My experience with edible arrangements was amazing thanks to Valerie and Alexia!! Valerie was very helpful and made placing my order quick and easy. Alexia went the extra mile upon delivery and waited for my parents to come down to their hotel lobby when the front desk told her she could not go upstairs nor leave it with them. There was constant communication and patience from Alexia and in the end I got to surprise my parents with this delicious anniversary surprise. I’m so grateful. 10/10 customer service and product!

Good service

They did not deliver my valentine's day order for my wife. I reached out and left a voice message and another message via their website order issue. Still no response. They never reached out that it would be late or that they could t deliver. I’ve heard nothing from them, their phones seem to just be on some voice ad loop. It’s almost impossible to reach them. Very frustrating. My o my option now is to go to the store and get my money back, hopefully.

Never showed up with my wife's Valentine's Day order. Called them multiple times, no answer. Just an annoying recording that played on for 35 minutes and then disconnected. I even drove to the store to pick up the order since it was 5:30pm and nobody delivered my order. They would NOT give me my order!! They said it was out for delivery and due any moment. I went home and waited another 3 hours. Still nothing! I drove all the way back to the store and they said they were sold out of everything I ordered. Now I can't even get ahold of anyone to get my money back!
