Edible Arrangements

This was the worst experience I had in an edible arrangements store, the lady was very rude and had no customer service skills, I came in to redeem a free sweet treat off my app and she told me they do not honor that free sweet treat as they have no more boxes which makes no since why would you put a free sweet treat redemption on the app knowing people are going to want to redeem it that's just ridiculous, so then I had a $5 off your next purchase in which I wanted to get a treat from the case and then she stated that's only if you purchase $50 or more and now I'm like What THe HEck no where on the app does it say that and no where on the redeem page does it say that, so really that just blew my mind and the lady was just rude and had no social skills, diff will never go to this one again

Good job did a phenomenal job for my girlfriend and made her happy I will support her

So rude. I called from GA to surprise my sister for her 50th birthday. They hung up in my face and never answered the phone after me calling back about 6 times. I bet the owner don’t know how rude they are with bad customer service. Thanks for ruining my sisters day! Too bad it’s not another business in the Tacoma area!

I ordered for Valentine’s Day, customer service was nice. Professional. Courteous. Since last year the Product has become sub par. Sour/ tart fruit… even covered in chocolate was still tart. I have ordered prior to V-Day, and was same result. To top it off, I was told recently that this location wouldn’t honor my birthday coupon for a 6 count….. shame to see such a wonderful business go down hill so fast… can’t say that I would return until I know that the product can reflect the pricing.

It was ready on time and delicious. However, I ordered a feel the love bakeshop box that was supposed to include two mini cheesecakes with chocolate covered strawberries and one mini brownie. Instead, we got only one mini cheesecake that was missing the bottom crust and 3 chocolate covered strawberries :( yummy but we were expecting another cheesecake and brownie.

Paying over $59 for this and a balloon that wasn’t even the right balloon. Ridiculous. It looks like i made It my own kitchen. People online who have self made business can do a better job than this? This looks horrible… definitely would not recommend coming here. Find someone who knows what they’re doing and who can put in the effort for presentation! Also you should wash your strawberries before hand. You can tell they were not washed either.

Paid $200 for chocolate strawberries for Valentine's day, drove 30 minutes to pick it up when it was scheduled, but when I called them to tell them I was almost there they said they had lost the ticket and if we still wanted it we'd have to wait a few days. I understand mistakes happen but for so much money I think they should be more careful

Worst location! Did NOT fulfill a valentine's order & no one answers calls, The posted info for this location is incorrect. Rude clerk finally answered 3 days later. Clearly it doesn't take much to work for this franchise, the bar is low! I should've read the reviews. Never again

Can in for a pick up and the employees were friendly and helpful my order was made fresh and even threw in extra strawberries for my wait great experience
