Edible Arrangements

I have ordered online before, but the Stafford Edible Arrangements store has the best customer service around! Same day orders, extras in the frig to purchase, and the most polite employees I have ever dealt with They blessed my soul today as I came in last minute to buy an edible gift for Mom’s birthday (Dec 25th)!!! Even threw in flower for her

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had over the phone! I would not do business with a company that allows their employees to make business decisions on their behalf! If the customer service is this bad, I’m pretty sure the fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree!

I cannot attest to the quality of the fruit or products, as I placed an order from out of town. However, I can say that their customer service is top tier. I was having some issues ordering online for pickup, so I called for further assistance. Erica was able to help me get exactly what I needed in under 5 minutes. I was very satisfied with her help and kindness.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with Ashley, a rep at Edible arrangements at the Stafford, Texas location. I advised Ashley it was Grandparents Day, and I was unable to attend, since she lives in Houston, and I live in Dallas. Ashley was so helpful, knowledgeable, went above & beyond to assist me and the sweetest person EVER. I will definitely recommend my Family & Friends to that store. Her Bosses ought to be proud to have a representative like Ashley. You made my Granddaughter so very happy. Thank you, Ashley, :)

Erica was great! Friendly and helpful. She was fun to coordinate with on my large order for my 36th Wedding Anniversary. Best part, Erica provided me a 50% off coupon! Awesome! Arrangement was delivered on time, fresh, and delicious! My wife was thrilled. Thank you! See you again for sure.

About one third of the fruit in the bouquet my husband ordered for me was inedible. We were quite disappointed with this store.

I used to go to this edible location for couple months, and I I get edible dipped chocolate from other locations 2 to 3 times a week. I am a big fan of Eddie Paul dip chocolate. But I called yesterday to edibles and ask them for the 6.99 chocolate dipped cone and I requested them to put extra chocolate on it. They refused, and Erica Was talking rude to me. I called them this morning too and I asked them if I could get the same thing With extra chocolate on it. She rejected again and now I don’t think so That I could go to this location anymore . I would rather drive more and go to the location in Fredericksburg then coming here and getting insulted. They used to be have a lady working there who was super nice to me, but now I don’t like the environment to being insulted.

Strawberries were kinda old n cheese cakes also.
