They did a terrific job on the order, as usual. The prep, freshness, presentation & delivery were exactly as I expected. The picture provided upon delivery, date, and timestamp is a big plus. Thank you. 🙂
They cancelled my order after it was supposed to be delivered . I placed the order in the morning for 3-4pm delivery today as a gift for a party tonight. They notified me at 3:30 they were cancelling my order. Unprofessional and incompetent. Very disappointed.
They are so kind and helpful! Nina went above & beyond to get my arrangement delivered on time, even after I gave them the wrong address during their busy holiday season. I’ve also received arrangements from this store before which were delicious and fresh. Would absolutely recommend!
I had the pleasure of being served by June on the rainy Sunday morning i visited the shop. despite the poor weather, June was bright and bubbly! not only did she help me pick out the perfect gift, her cheery countenance brightened my day!
This is my first time writing a negative review, unfortunately. I had a Mother's Day arrangement delivered to my mom, but when the delivery confirmation arrived via email I noticed some of the add ons that I paid extra for were not included in the delivery,-- one of the items being a balloon. No big deal. I called and spoke with a gentleman who was very kind and told me they would go back and add that balloon that was missing within the next 20 minutes. 3 hours later, no balloon.
So I called to confirm if it had been delivered and Samira told me it had just been delivered (3 hours later). Naturally, I was annoyed because having a separate delivery 3 hours later just for a balloon kind of defeats the purpose. The other issue was that they delivered a smaller, cheaper bouquet and not the one I ordered. The entire order was wrong.
The biggest issue I have, more so than the incorrect order and botched delivery, was Samira's rude attitude and horrible customer service. She had a "too bad" attitude from the minute she answered the phone. Her reasoning for my botched order was that they had 300 orders to fulfill and that the world doesn't revolve around me. Her literal words. I don't think expecting a competent delivery that I paid for with the items I also paid for is expecting the world to revolve around me, but okay.
