I asked for roses and chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to my lady’s work for everyone to enjoy. And they shipped the flowers to my house at 5:45pm after they tried dropping them off at the business and they were closed because they were late. Everything went to waist! So fast forward. I called my bank and said the flowers never made it to where they were supposed to go cancel this. My bank refunded me and I just got a dispute in the mail saying the money is out of my account again and they sent a photo of the delivery to my house and a couple screen shots. WORST VALENTINES DAY EVER WASTED 170$!
I ordered a fruit platter, it was canceled with no additional information. I called today to reorder and was charged twice, the store can’t tell me why. The platter that was delivered is missing a lot. Michelle at the store is rude and hung up multiple times and now won’t answer. Missing strawberries, there are no grapes or chocolate. This is not what was paid for.
i made an order a couple days ago to be derived today to a place of employment, It just got delivered at 4:20pm, I PAID hard earned money for this and its a fail.
Family ordered for my Birthday. Said they delivered. Even said the came but I was home all day. Never delivered. Granddaughter called and they delivered later. Driver knew nothing. Not good service.
Failed to deliver a gift on Valentine's Day by the promised 5pm to a business. No one answers the phone (sends to voicemail over and over). Doesn't respond to messages submitted via website.
This store is not very friendly. Bought a roses and strawberry gift for my daughters birthday and the flowers were dead. I called and asked if we could exchange them so my daughter went in and they were pretty rude. Didn't even say happy Birthday. The manager was rude also. Will never go back there
If I could give this place a zero, I would!!! I ordered a holiday arrangement for my in-laws who reside just a few miles away from this particular location. I’m sure anyone who’s purchased either of these beautiful, yet, expensive arrangements, would expect to receive all that’s seen in the image of the product they’re planning to purchase. Well, in this case, this particular location delivered the arrangement on time, just not the entire arrangement. Upon contacting the owner and or manager, she offered to give a 12.00 partial refund or to deliver the arrangement again, but let’s face it, the order was for a special occasion. Since that occasion has passed, there wouldn’t be a need for more unnecessary fruit. Had this issue been resolved in a timely manner, delivery of a new platter would’ve made sense. Overall, for as fast as places like these take your money, they should be just as fast and efficient at getting an order correctly as this is this business’s responsibility.
would love to give a zero. This is what showed up to my house. A huge arrangement, every strawberry molded most of the other fruit looked okay so I ate some of the rest of it. Guess who has been laid out due to possible salmonella poisoning. I have a doctors appointment Monday because I've been so sick. They haven't returned my calls and their website email form is broken. I will be coming into the store as soon as I am physically able to complain in person.
