I received an arrangement as a gift and was shocked how bad the fruit was. The strawberries were mushy and terrible. I couldn’t eat them. Five old grapes. Old tasting pineapple. The apple slices were OK. I would never want the sender to know this!!! Very disappointed. I won’t ever use this service to send a gift.

Horrible experience and I’ve ordered from them before and got the same experience. Shame on me. Long story short I ordered a Valentines Day platter on the 5th of February for today which is Valentine’s Day the 14. Checked the online tracker today to see when I would be receiving this because this was a surprise for my fiancé and I know she’s going to love it but the tracker says order received and that’s it and it’s been saying that since the 6th. Now I’m thinking ok well maybe they haven’t updated their system. Fast forward I get off work at 3 I check the tracker again, same order received. Now I’m worried because it’s Damn near 4 o’clock. I brush it off and continue to wait. Now it’s 6 o’clock so I call the store. A lady named Amelia answered and she was very professional and very patient let me know that they haven’t even made my order at all!!! Are you serious!!! Will never order from here again and I need that refund IMMEDIATELY!!! Way to F… up my surprise for my fiancé! Thank you

Absolutely horrible service. I placed an order multiple days in advance just for it to never show up. Online it states that my order had never even begun to be prepared, let alone in transit or delivered. After reading other reviews here, please DO NOT order from this location. I even called 2 times throughout the day to check on its status and was ASSURED by a supervisor or manager of some sort that it would be delivered by the end of day. Lo and behold it is past 8pm and after attempting to call them TWICE, I have been fully ghosted and SCAMMED- 300 dollars down the drain. Disgusting. UPDATE: I have called the store several times and still no answer, even though the manager replied to my review saying he would call me and get this resolved.
This store has made me a victim of theft and fraud. Ordered close to 2 weeks in advance for a Valentine’s Day delivery. The day of, after checking the order status for multiple hours, around 4pm the order status had not moved. Called the store two separate times and was instructed that there had been a guarantee that every order scheduled for delivery on Valentines would in fact be delivered. This was not the case, order never arrived, no communication, ruined Valentine’s Day not only for the recipient, my fiancée but also myself as I was looking forward to seeing the look of excitement on her face. The owner David instructed myself as well as the others that have left a review yesterday that he would be in contact. This was a lie, I had to reach out to the store. That’s not when this story stops as it took the 9th call to finally get through to someone and explain the situation. They mentioned they are a part of a call center and not present at the physical Madison location and that they would put me in contact with a manager. If the manager or owner David says he’s going to follow up and contact you to make it right, don’t believe it, this is a publicity stunt for Google Reviews to limit the damage the reviews are doing to potential customers. That constitutes theft and fraud in my book, taking money, not providing services paid for and providing no outlet for a refund or contact to obtain the services paid for.
Paid extra for same day delivery, items were not delivered that day, nor the next. No contact from the store. Website tracker only said "order received." Attempted to contact the store 3 times, twice no answer. Left a voicemail requesting callback, no callback received. Finally able to reach someone on Monday mid-morning after order was placed on Saturday. That person told me that the store closes early on Saturday so they could not deliver same day. Same person said extra same-day delivery charge had been taken off total bill. I mentioned how they needed to let me know, since delivery was time-sensitive. Person on phone said she was "just customer service" and not present in the store. Requested to speak to manager at the 2850 University Ave store, person on phone said she would get "one of the managers" to call me back. Also said order should go out today. Not holding my breath. No apologies, no 'sorry for the inconvenience,' no 'thank you for your business.' Terrible customer service all around. Do not recommend. EDIT: finally a week after placing this ‘same day deliver’ order, and after a few more attempts to resolve the issue, I canceled the order. They did refund the money.
Very disappointing service. My long distance boyfriend tried ordering me a surprise for Valentine's Day. On Valentine's day I called at 4pm asking the status of the order and they promised it would come, but never did. The next day I called again and they promised it is still on the way, but by 5pm when the store closed I called and they tried telling me it will now come Friday. Two days later I was forced to cancel my order, got nothing for Valentine's Day, and no compensation from the company.
Thought it would be a good idea to send my mom flowers and chocolate for her birthday and she received dead flowers and very VERY small strawberries with apples slices (instead of cupcakes)
